Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days.
We make every effort to deliver your goods in the shortest time possible. If the item which you order is out of stock, or is going to be delayed in any way, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to cancel should you not wish to wait. Our website is closely monitored and updated on a daily basis so hopefully this minimizes any disappointments.
Postage & Packing starts at £4.00 per order* and we send using Royal Mail 2nd Class parcel post, so they should arrive within 3-4 days. For large orders we use PARCELFORCE48 and this starts at £15 per order* We may split your order across packaging boxes to allow us to send as cost effectively as possible. If you are local you can also come and collect from our HQ in Walters Ash. If you require your goods quicker then please email us to discuss before you place your order and we'll arrange something that suits you.
*Please note: Our standard postage cost of £4 covers a package up to 2kg in weight; to give you an idea, that would cover two candles OR two diffusers OR one candle and one diffuser - for three or more products we would split across mailing boxes so the cost would be £8. If you want a larger order then we'd recommend PARCELFORCE48 - please do email so we can calculate postage before you order. Our Crystal tealight holders are heavy so once you've placed your order we will contact you IF postage weight goes over - We will ALWAYS ensure we find the most cost effective way to get your order to you!
Guarantee & Returns
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt by email.
Items should be returned in their original unused condition within 14 days. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or, for high value items, we would also advise that you use registered post. We will process your refund (excluding delivery costs) as soon as we receive your parcel.
We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us.
